COVID-19 Entry Requirements

Vietnam has returned to pre-pandemic entry policies. No COVID-19 testing is required before entry or upon arrival. There is no quarantine mandate or testing upon arrival unless showing symptoms.

Airport Transit through Vietnam to another country is allowed.

Bali/Indonesia has returned to pre-pandemic entry policies. No COVID-19 testing is required before entry or upon arrival. There is no quarantine mandate or testing upon arrival unless showing symptoms.

Fully vaccinated: You only need to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter Cambodia. Travelers with a negative COVID-19 test result will be allowed to continue their travel in Cambodia.

Unvaccinated travelers are no longer required to quarantine on arrival but must return a negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test (LFT) which health officials will administer at all entry points into Cambodia. There will be a charge of US $5.00 for each test administered. In the event of a positive test result, those with mild symptoms may isolate at home or any other accommodation as determined by the Ministry of Health. Those with more severe symptoms must isolate at a designated state COVID-19 treatment center. The traveler will bear all costs associated with any treatment and accommodation. You may be asked to demonstrate that you hold sufficient funds to cover all costs.

China visas are not being issued at this time. Foreigners holding valid China visas may NOT travel to China at this time.

Airport Transit through China to another country is NOT ALLOWED.

Proof of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 with documentation is required. Travelers will need to undergo a 7-day quarantine at a designated quarantine hotel. On arrival, travelers will need to provide confirmation of a hotel room reservation at their designated quarantine hotel.

Airport Transit through Hong Kong to another country is allowed.

Vaccinated: Travelers must submit and complete the self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal before the scheduled travel, including the last 14 days’ travel details.

Unvaccinated: Upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report*. The test should have been conducted 72 hours before boarding your flight at the Air Suvidha portal.

Airport Transit through India to another country is allowed.

Japan is still closed to independent tourists. Others still need a visa to enter.

Airport Transit through Japan to another country is allowed.

RT-PCR test is mandatory for all tourists arriving in Korea. Tourists from the USA do not need proof of vaccination. Korea will impose a quarantine on tourists that test positive for COVID-19 on arrival.

Airport Transit through India to another country is allowed.

Vaccinated: Carry proof of vaccination.

Unvaccinated: RT-PCR test within 48 hours of travel.

Vaccinated: No test is required prior to or upon arrival. Proof of vaccination is required. Travelers must fill out the Health Declaration form.

Unvaccinated: An RT-PCR test must be done 48 hours before departure. An RT-PCR test will then be administered within 24 hours of arrival at an approved facility. Travelers must still complete a Health Declaration form.

Airport Transit through Malaysia to another country is allowed.

Vaccinated: No test before or on arrival. Proof of vaccination must be presented to enter the country.

Unvaccinated: An RT-PCR test must be done 48 hours before departure. You must present a certified negative test to travel to Myanmar.

Vaccinated: No test is required before arrival. Proof of vaccination must be presented to enter the country. Travelers must complete a Health Declaration.

Unvaccinated travelers are not allowed entry into Singapore unless under special request from the government of Singapore.

Airport Transit through Singapore to another country is allowed.

Taiwan is still closed to independent tourists. Others still need a visa to enter.

Airport Transit through Taiwan to another country is allowed.

Vaccinated: No test prior to arrival.

Unvaccinated: An RT-PCR test must be done 48 hours before departure. You must present a certified negative test to travel to Tahiti/French Polynesia.

Vaccinated: No test before arrival. Travelers with proof of vaccination will be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in the kingdom.

Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travelers with proof of a negative result from an RT-PCR test or professional ATK within 72 hours of travel will be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in the kingdom.

Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travelers without a negative test result within 72 hours of travel are required to follow the public health instructions and guidelines as deemed appropriate by the Health Control officer at the point of arrival. All expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Airport Transit through Thailand to another country is allowed.

Vaccinated: No test is required before arrival. Travelers must present proof of vaccination.

Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travelers must have proof of a negative result from an RT-PCR test within 748 hours or antigen test within 24 hours.

All travelers to the Philippines must complete the One Health Pass.

Airport Transit through the Philippines to another country is allowed.
